Statutory Compensation Cap for Federal Contractors

OMB has been pushing to replace the benchmark for the contractor employee compensation cap for several years. As of December 26th, the President signed into law not one, but two new benchmarks.  Problem is, we don’t know for sure which one will be implemented. Worse, the old cap will still apply in certain circumstances, meaning some contracts will be under the old cap and some under the new cap – for years to come!
