Experience and credentials

Conducts government contracting audits over a variety of pre-award and post-award areas. These include incurred cost submissions (ICS), compensation audits, proposals, forward pricing rates, business systems, and cost accounting standards (CAS) disclosure statements
Helps contractors create and enhance  internal controls related to business systems
Prepares contractors for incurred cost and other government (DCAA/DCMA) audits, providing technical compliance support
 

Proficiencies include Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) & CAS standards; Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS); Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audit programs; cost allowability, allocability and reasonableness; and incurred cost submissions
Additional proficiencies include DFARS business systems requirements; compensation system audits and compensation reasonableness reviews; subcontracted labor and subcontract monitoring; indirect rate build-up and remodeling; and provisional billing rates
